Return Policy for Online Sales

You may return an item for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items may be subject to a restocking fee. You must Contact Us for a Return Authorization and instructions.  Store credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected.  Please note if you return an item, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total credit amount. 

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for store credit (please do not assemble or modify the product). Exceptions that cannot be returned include:

  • Clearance Items

  • Gift Certificates

  • Teak Sealer and other Liquid Products

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable”

What if my item arrives damaged?

Products that ship from our distribution center are packaged to ship safely and securely to avoid damage when they arrive.  Many items will ship direct from manufacturers who also take pride that shipping is safe and secure. If an item arrives damaged or missing parts Contact Us or call 203-353-9663 ext. 133 within 10 days for a replacement.
