We are all spending additional time at our homes. Having an outdoor space to appreciate and enjoy the shade and sun is now more important than ever.
SHOWROOMS: The vast majority of our showrooms have opened for safe, in-store visits. Our Associates are taking all vital steps to keep our customers safe and secure while they curate their outdoor space. Our staff is conducting daily temperature checks, wearing masks, actively cleaning our working environment, and washing hands frequently. If you are in a high-risk group, we can take steps limit exposure altogether with outdoor showrooms to view dozens of patio collections from the safety of your car.
DELIVERY: For special orders allow 4-8 weeks. In-stock items will ship within 1-2 weeks. Please contact your local patio.com showroom for quick ship premium products and a selection of specialty order frame and fabric colors along with White Glove receiving and delivery services. We are actively taking procedures to limit the contact of all of our delivery services.
PATIO HEATING: Due to expected extraordinary demand for outdoor heating, Patio.com is currently carrying one of the largest inventories of outdoor patio heaters. For certain products, we are expecting delayed lead times. Please reach out to our showrooms for the best available options based on our current inventory.

Are there any delays in distribution or shipping?
Due to our hardworking staff, we have actually seen an overall decrease in shipping times for in-stock items. There are always the possibilities for delays, we will individually inform customers on such a circumstance.

Are Patio.com showrooms open to the public?
Our showrooms are open for walk-ins and design consultations. We strongly encourage appointments to guarantee the time spent helping you curate your outdoor space. We are committed to operating our showrooms and business with the highest level of care and attention to health possible. We are conducting daily temperature checks, wearing masks, cleaning environments, and washing hands regularly. We do understand that numerous customers may still not feel comfortable leaving their homes or cars, we have made ourselves and showrooms available for outdoor appointments from the safety of your car or video appointments from the safety of your home.
