Shopping: There are several ways to shop patio.com

1. Online: Simply locate the products you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping basket, and then "checkout" by completing the order form. We use the most advanced secure system which ensures the confidentiality of your credit card data.

2. Retail Showroom: Click Locations to find the patio.com showroom nearest you. We currently have locations throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia. Our friendly and knowledgeable design consultants will be happy to assist you. Stores are open Monday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. circa April 1 through Labor Day and Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday 12 Noon to 5:00 pm all other times.  In all New England States, and in the states listed above where retail locations exist, you can now speak directly to one of our retail showrooms by calling 1-800-patiocom (800-728-4626) and follow the prompts to the location you desire.

Return Policy:

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact one of our customer service representatives and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Returns must be authorized by patio.com and will not be accepted without a return authorization number. You must notify us within 10 days of purchase. You will receive a merchandise credit for the total purchase price good for one year.
