Return Policy—Online Sales Only
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items may be subject to 20% restocking fee. You must contact Customer Service at 203-353-9663 Ext. 133 for Return Authorization and you will be instructed how to proceed. Return credits are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please note if you return an item, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective. We will be happy to arrange a prompt replacement. Please contact customer service at 203-353-9663 Ext. 133.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to quality for a refund (please do not assemble or mofidy the product in any way). The few excpetions that cannot be returned include:
· Clearance Items
· Gift Certificates
· Teak Sealer and other Liquid Products
· Items marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on sale page).
What if my item arrives damaged?
Products that ship from our distribution center are packaged to ship safely and securely to avoid damage when they arrive. Many items will ship direct from manufacturers who also take pride that shipping is safe and secure. If a item does arrive damaged or with missing parts, please contact our Customer Service department (203-353-9663 Ext. 133) within 10 days and we will send you your replacement ASAP either from our distribution center or direct from the manufacturer.
